- Helping cooks and cook assistants to prepare and cook food according to food preparation checklist
- Keeps equipment clean and in good working order
- Recieves, restocks and maintains all kitchen supplies in a neat
- Set-up and break down work station after every shift
- Able to work in a team environment
- Must be motivated and have passion for cooking
- Must be highly disciplined

- Basic knowledge of French language (A2 level)
